Tyler Walea serves as Chairman and CEO of our organization. With a background in communications, nonprofit leadership, and nuclear surety, he brings a wealth of experience to our team. On the board of multiple organizations, his strong interpersonal leadership skills and significant industry influence position him for impact as our CEO. His expertise in security policy along with his dedication to our organization's mission have helped to guide us toward achieving our goals.
ASHLEY T’NEIL WALEA
Ashley T'Neil Walea is a federal tech executive with extensive experience working for major technology providers that serve the federal government. As a former Chief Technology Officer and current director of strategic federal technologies, she is focused on innovative tech such as quantum computing, AI, and space systems. Her expertise in these areas is invaluable to our organization's policy initiatives, as she provides firsthand experience that helps ensure our policies are both effective and relevant. We are fortunate to have her on our team.
JUSTIN RHOADS
Justin Rhoads is a military veteran with broad experience in technical analysis roles. He currently works with a large cybersecurity firm that focuses on protecting critical infrastructure and industrial control systems. Justin's experience in both the military and the private sector is invaluable to our organization's mission, as it provides a unique perspective on national security threats and the best ways to mitigate them.
